| The
Bleddfa Centre Bleddfa is a small village in mid Wales near the English border in an area of great natural beauty. The name is thought to derive from Bleddfaich, Welsh for ‘place of the Wolf’. The Bleddfa Centre is set in its own grounds in the heart of the village with an orchard and views over the Radnorshire hills. In the Old School Room are offered exhibitions of paintings, sculpture and crafts, plus workshops and discussions. The Hall Barn is a large converted barn with a dedicated chapel and reception area, hosting meetings, seminars, workshops, meditation sessions and music. The Bleddfa Annual Lecture is held in The Church of St Mary Magdalene beside the Centre. See specific events for opening times. Photograph right: The Church of St Mary Magdalene is the parish church of Bleddfa village and hosts the Bleddfa Annual Lecture series in early Autumn. It is literally a few moments walk from the Centre.. |
